The secure infrastructure, databases, and media files are hosted by:

- Security: SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certified platform. AES-256 data encryption (at rest) and TLS (in transit).
3.2. Website (Frontend)
The showcase website (imalive.app) is hosted by:

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and the ImAlive application (architecture, text, images, graphics, logos, audio elements) is the exclusive property of the Publisher, with the exception of trademarks, logos, or content belonging to partner companies or authors (Supabase, Apple, Google, etc.).
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission, or publication, even partial, of these various elements is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the Publisher. Such representation or reproduction, by any process whatsoever, constitutes an infringement punishable by law.
5. Personal Data and GDPR
The Publisher is committed to ensuring that the collection and processing of your data from the imalive.app website or the ImAlive application comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The User has the right to access, rectify, port, and delete their data. To exercise this right, the User can use their account settings in the Application or contact the Publisher at the email address mentioned in Article 1.
